The Center for faith-based and community learning located in Charlottesville, Virginia sends best wishes to a new area restaurant. Our most recent graduate of the ServSafe Manager Certification course is Juan Carlos Andrade, the proud owner of Los Tres Potrillos, located at 406 East Main Street, Louisa, VA.
Juan moved here from California after his uncle did the advance research to find a good location for his new venture. He says's "after sinking all his resources in the restaurant, his current employees are mostly family and friends".
