"A great season"! for RBCI

In the past six months the Center for faith-based and community learning located in Charlottesville, Virginia has proudly certified forty-six Panera Bread locations.panerabread.com employees in the ServSafe Manager Food Safety Course.

This covers a region from Charlottesville as far south as Roanoke, Va, and North Carolina. Including the all new Fifth Street Station and Barracks Rd Shopping Center Managers for both Catering and the Restaurants.

This has been a very good season, we also provided ServSafe Manager Certification www.servsafe.com training to almost a dozen employees with the Five Guys www.fiveguys.com Restaurants in the Charlottesville area, and a number of local private restaurants.
