ServSafe@ Manager Food Safety Classes scheduled /2017

The Center for faith-based and community learning located in Charlottesville, Virginia is happy to announce the schedule of monthly classes for the ServSafe@ Manager Certification course for the remainder of the year 2017. There will be one fixed date for class each month, but other classes will be scheduled on a as needed basis throughout the year.

All of the class are taught by our Chef Ralph Brown Sr, he has been teaching these classes for ten years in the Central Virginia area. We have served many local restaurants and many national chains like Five Guys, Chick-fil-A, as well as great hotel chains like Marriott and Hilton brand hotels. Classes are scheduled for: Friday, June 9th & Monday, July 10th; Monday, August 7th, and Monday, September 11th, Monday, October 9th, & Monday, November 13th, and finally Monday, December 18, 2017. The ServSafe@ Class in a one day 8 hour course with the exam and certificate being awarded the same day.
