The Center for faith-based and community learning located in Charlottesville, Virginia would like to congradulate the Director of Food Service Training at the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center in Fishersville,Va for achieving what few ServSafe@ Food Safety students can accomplish, that is "a perfect score"!
Yes, "that is right" didn't miss one question according to Chef Ralph Brown Sr who proctored the exam on site earlier this month; "I was surprise to see the 100% score when the exam came back" said the Chef who has been doing this for over ten years. The Director did not sit through a regular RBCI class, so the Chef clams no credit for this achivement.
The Director administers the course and exam there at the Rehab Center as a part of his normal course of duties. Never-the-less the high score deserves high praise and sets the bar high for persons who attend the ServSafe@ Certification class there. Chef Brown will be doing a series of cooking demos and mini food safety classes there in 2014.
