RBC / Private Chef Service

The Center for faith-based and community learning located in Charlottesville, Virginia announces our new Private Chef Service. Just call us for two or twenty-two people we will come prepare breakfast for everyone. Our specialty is breakfast omelettes, but a great deal more is possible simply call and ask for any occasion.

Set up for a wedding brunch, party of twenty-five.

March 2016 / "An Action packed month"!

The Center for faith-based and community learning located in Charlottesville, Virginia announces more scheduled classes than ever before. After an ad campaign in December and January RBCI is planning and scheduling more class than ever before.

This is largely due to the current atmosphere in the national food service industry, people just want to know the food they are eating is safe.Chef Ralph and the folk at the RBC Institute stand ready to serve you any day, any time or day of the week. (except Sunday).

ServSafe Manager Certification / Success in January 2016

The Center for faith-based and community learning located in Charlottesville, Virginia announces four more employees from three great food service facilities are now ServSafe@ Certified.

The Three Penny Cafe /www.threepennycafe.com / Burtons Grill / www.Burtonsgrill.com /, and the Colonnades /Retirement Homes /Sunrise Senior Living / www.SunriseSeniorLiving.com now have one thing in common. They all have employees who recently met new FDA Food code standards for serving food and keeping it safe.

 From our new office in the Citizens Commonwealth Center, 300 Preston Ave, in downtown Charlottesville, VA, our first class for 2016 was a complete success, "everybody passed"! We are still "Serving our very best, one client at a time", certificates and test

CVille Coffee, Owner & Staff / ServSafe Certified

The Center for faith-based and community learning located in Charlottesville, Virginia announces the Owner, Staff, & Management of C Ville Coffee are now all ServSafe@ Managers.

 Chef Ralph Brown Sr explains that some folk are re-certifying, but this is a real accomplishment for a small restaurant business. I do commend them for their total

commitment to excellence. These folk have been providing great coffee, food, and social entertainment to the Charlottesville Community now for over ten years.

Our next class in Charlottesville is scheduled for October 5th; November 2nd, and December 7,2015, The class is still eight hours, but now the exam and score results are can be obtained the same day.
